Community Screening: Let's Discuss Death
Updated: Sep 3
Our first community screening event was part of a day of events at Bethnal Green Library on October 30th, orgnanised by Let's Discuss Death founder, Tilly Munro.

The screening was followed by 15 minutes of reflective listening to two pieces of Schubert's music from the film:
Impromptu in G flat major, Op. 90 No. 3, D. 899 6.5'
Einsamkeit, D.620, recorded by George Fu and Lotte Betts-Dean
Reflective listening creates a space for the audience to sit with whatever has come up during the film, perhaps thoughts of their own loved ones who they've lost. It allows the music to hold them, offering a compassionate container for those emotions to be felt.
Finally, Rachel and Matilda facilitated a sharing circle, where people were invited to share whatever they wanted with the group.
It was a beautiful and special day.
